Meeting the Family

Okay, here I am blogging. Peer pressure has hit me hard in this area and I have caved. I guess that I can start out by introducing my family. Keith, my husband, is an IT Director, currently looking for a position, and his true passion is producing. He majored in Multi-media Communication Technology with an emphasis in producing. He is an awesome father and an extremely supportive husband. I am truly blessed to have him in my life.

I am a stay at home mom with two kids. I love to read, write, sing, play piano and spend time with my family. I live in Aliso Viejo, California and I enjoy it. I do miss having seasons a little so I look forward to a change in location eventually. I spend my days chasing two boys and trying to keep up with the house work and keeping all of my boys fed and happy. I am terrified off having my two boys grow into teenagers. They already eat as much as I do and I don't even want to know what our grocery bill will be when they are in sports and growing like weeds. (Not like they aren't already)

Jonathan is our oldest son at three and is extremely insightful. He is sensitive to the feelings of others and is very protective of his little brother. He just finished up his second semester of preschool and he loves it. Of course I love it as well! He enjoys learning from his teacher, Miss Kelli, and seeing his friends three days a week. He claims Spencer McLendon as his best friend right now, but that changes daily with his activities. Some days his "uncle" Han is his best friend. Such is the nature of children, but it is fun to watch him acclimate to social circles all the same.

Ethan is a robust one year old and one of the happiest babies I have ever seen. He loves to laugh and eat, sometimes he does both at the same time. His favorite activity is watching Jonathan run around in circles, literally. He loves to say "Dadadadada", much to my chagrin, and thinks it's funny when I try to get him to say "Mama". His favorite toy is a Leap Frog table that Jonathan generously donated to him on his first birthday. We are very proud of Jonathan for doing that willingly and he has yet to take it back, I am still waiting for that to happen.

Well, that sums up the family pretty well. I am unsure of how often I will update, but I think that this will be fun!
